It can be spelt "palaver" and means what a fuss, what a bother, what a hue and cry etc.

ReplyDeleteGreat sound there. I could get right into toe tapping with it. Probably couldn't concentrate on writing with it in the background, though.
I haven't been your way in a while. Hope you've been having good success with your writing and that 2012 will be a great year for you.
